- 3D printer requires cooling fan with stable air flow to cool down the extruded plastics rapidlly without melting problem. In DC fan industry, there is normally 10% speed variance defined in the spec.. At CCHV, our engineers have the alibilty to program IC for stablizing fan speed within 200RPM variance to drive the fan working on stable speed with stable air flow.
- The nozzle is doing the printing under high temperature of about 200°C+, which will lead the fan to work under the surrounding temperature of 60°C+. Under such work conditions, that requires ball bearing fan with high-temperature-resistant plastics. The PBT plastics we supply is fireproof with high-temperature resistance at about 150°C and RoHS compliant.
- When starting up some 3D printer, there is instant voltage fluctuation up to 32V. If IC in fan can not cover such instant surge, the fan will be destroied. CCHV is able to offer 24V DC fans with instant voltage surge up to 32V.
