IP (Ingress Protection) is a standard that defines the level of protection against the intrusion of solid objects, dust, and water. It is expressed with two digits: the first indicates protection against solids (like dust), and the second indicates protection against liquids (like water).

Our IP68 fans use a fully coated motor design for exceptional waterproof performance. The coated material has been tested at 85°C for 5,000 hours without any crack. After waterproof testing, disassembly reveals a completely dry bearing system, ensuring high durability and reliability in wet and harsh conditions.

Anti Salt-Spray & Corrosion Fans Knowledge
Normally IP68 fans offer basic salt spray resistance, however, their actual corrosion resistance must be validated through testing. In coastal or industrial environments with corrosive gases, salt can accelerate rust and damage fan components, leading to failure. Ensuring fans are specifically tested for salt spray protection guarantees reliable performance even in harsh and corrosive conditions.
You can also watch the video at the right side how we do anti salt-spray testing. According to our testing record, our IP68 fan can pass 30days testing (14 days operating & 16 days non-operating) under 5% NaCl and 95%+ Humidity conditions.

Yes. Normally we can offer 5pcs FEEE samples for your testing. In order to make the right IP fan samples, please advise fan size, voltage, IP ratings, air flow, lead wire length, ect..
For IP55 lower rated fan, normally it takes about 7-10 days; and for IP55 higher rated fan, it will take about 10-14days.
1000pcs/order/type. But, before series production, hundreds of pieces are acceptable as trial run.
For IP55 lower rated fan, the normal delivery time is 25-30days; for IP55 higher rated fan, it will take 30-35 days. That also depends on your order QTY since the production process of high IP fan, like IP68 is pretty slow!
