About DC Fan Solutions In Metaversse Era
- Long Fan Lifespan: Firstly, against different lifespan requirement, CCHV is able to offer the fan lifespan from 30000hours to 70000hours with special lubricating oil. Secondly, VR DC fans normally works under pretty high speed, which requires quality shaft with higher accuracy. CCHV uses SUS420J material for shaft with the outer diameter tolerance of ±0.001mm to better control the oil film thickness between shafts and bearings.
- Much Thinner: Firstly, CCHV coorperates with coil supplier to do the injection molding for integrating silicon steel sheets module into the coil, which can minimize the coil insulating layer to 0.18mm by PBT and 0.12mm by LCP. Secondly, shaft in the impeller HUB is fixed by motor housing welding, which can reduce 0.6mm height comparing to normal plastic coating. Shaft fixed by motor housing welding gets better verticality and flatness comparing to plastic coating HUB, which helps to reduce the fan noise.
- Much Lighter: The impeller is made of LCP plastic, whose thickness can be minimized to 0.2mm. Based on same fan speed, the air flow is 10% higher than PBT impeller.
