1.0 CCHV IP68 Fan Series
Our IP68 fans comply with IEC 60529 standards, providing excellent protection against dust and water. Designed to perform in tough conditions, these fans ensure long-lasting reliability and durability, making them perfect for applications where high protection is a must.
Ingress Protection Defination
IP (Ingress Protection) is a standard that defines the level of protection against the intrusion of solid objects, dust, and water. It is expressed with two digits: the first indicates protection against solids (like dust), and the second indicates protection against liquids (like water).

Protection Against Water

Dustproof Testing
Our patented dust-proof shaft base design ensures superior dust resistance. After strict testing, fans are dissected to reveal a completely clean bearing system, free from any dust infiltration. This innovative design guarantees long-lasting performance and reliability, making our fans ideal for demanding environments where dust protection is crucial.
Waterproof Testing
Our IP68 fans use a fully coated motor design for exceptional waterproof performance. The coated material has been tested at 85°C for 5,000 hours without any crack. After waterproof testing, disassembly reveals a completely dry bearing system, ensuring high durability and reliability in wet and harsh conditions.

2.0 CCHV Anti Salt-Spray Fan Series
Many poeple believe IP68 fans are resistant to salt spray corrosion, but this is not entirely accurate. The IEC 60529 standard defines dust and water resistance but does not address salt spray corrosion. For coastal or corrosive gas environments, IP68 alone is insufficient—fans must also resist salt spray. Our IP68 fans have passed 30 days of testing in a 5% HCL environment while powered. After testing, disassembly showed no rust on the shaft or bearings. This demonstrates that our IP68 fans meet both IEC 60529 for dust and water protection and IEC 60068-2-52 for salt spray corrosion resistance.
