Q1: Do you do retail sales?

A: I am sorry that we don't do retail sales since we are the factory for DC fan manufacturing, not distributor. But if you need samples to do testing for your project, we are happy to support.

Q2: Could you customize the voltage and fan performance (air flow, air pressure and noise) required?

A: Yes, for sure. DC fan is custom-made product, which needs different fan performance in different industries. Please advise the required voltage, air flow, air pressure and noise you need. Our engineer can do fast checking.

Q3: How can I get suitable bearing type?

A: At CCHV, we mainly offer two types of bearing, duall ball bearing and hydraulic bearing. Which type of bearing suitable depends the fan working environment, fan speed and fan lifespan. Simply speaking, if the fan needs to work under the pretty high speed with long lifespan requirement, dual ball bearing fan is MUST, such as for energy storage system and telecom industries where requires the fan to work with 24 hours; if you need the fan to work on low speed without high requirement on lifespan, hydraulic bearing is good choice on cost point of view, such as home refrigerator fan. Q4: Can I get the fan with tacho or PWM function?

A: Yes, sure. Our fan can be made with special functions of tacho, PWM or alarm signal. You can go to our product page to check the IC waveform.

Q5: What max. IP grade I can get for the fan?

A: IP55 is available for all types of our fans. If you need IP65, IP66, IP67 and IP68, due to the waterproof techniques, that concerns our motor structure design and jigs. You can contact us ([email protected]) for more informations.

Q6: What is your MOQ?

A: Normally 1000pcs. Before launching mass production, hundreds of pieces are acceptable for trial run.

Q7: What is your samples lead time and normal production lead time?

A: Samples Leadtime: 7-10days.
Normal Production Leadtime: 25-30days.

Q8: Why shall I tell you where the fan will be used?

A: Since different industry requires different fan performance and lifespan. That is why we get different series on one fan size. If the fan works under special environment, please be reminded to point out when you send us an inquiry.
