Effective incoming material inspection is critical to ensure product quality. At our company, we take this process very seriously. We utilize advanced testing equipment and a highly trained inspection team to thoroughly examine each incoming item. Our commitment to quality begins with incoming inspection and extends throughout the entire manufacturing process.
At our company, we take process control seriously in order to detect and address any issues as quickly as possible. We utilize quality tools such as MSA/CPK to monitor key process characteristics such as oiling volumn, impeller balancing value, fan speed, ect.. In addition, we have dedicated QC personnel for line quality control.
At our factory, we conduct a 100% full inspection on each fan to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and our customer’s performance requirements. Our final inspection includes the testing for fan speed, current waveform, abnormal noise, fan vibration, ect.. For high reliable fan, some special testings will be proceeded additionally.

For accurate quote preparation, please advise the fan size, voltage, air flow, lead wire functions, connector type and where the fan will be used. Fan size, voltage and where to used will be necessary information to get.
We have two bearing types, hydraulic and dual ball bearing. Hydraulic is also called as rifle with 30000 hours on 40 degree. And for dual ball bearing fan, the life time is 50000 - 70000 hours on 40 degree, which is also related to the motor structure design.
IP21 for simple damn-proof; IP55 with PCB coating or potting; IP68 with the whole stator potting.
For IP54 fan, it can pass 96-hour testing based on normal customer's requirement; For IP55, it can pass 10-day testing; For IP68 fan, it can pass 30-day testing.
For 5pcs less free samples, it normally takes 7 working days and for 10pcs more samples, it will takes 10-14 days.
